I really love going to Lou's pet shop the staff is very informative and they have just about anything you could want for your pet. Whether it be a dog, cat, snake, lizard, amphibian, tortoise or fish Lou's has it all... Come see what they got going on open 7 days a week. Parking is free after 5:00 p.m. and on the weekends.

Shout out to Lou’s pet shop for the wonderful customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently inherited my grandfathers vehicle (he passed away in Florida) so my mom had the vehicle shipped from their to Michigan for me so I wouldn’t have to take time off work. A few things were sent home with the vehicle and one of those being a large anchor that my grandpa had outside of his house (he was a navy veteran). I was grabbing something from the back of the vehicle and moved the anchor a tad and there sat a baby anole with no tail :( Anyways, I kept it for the weekend and made it a small home because it felt destined, like that was my grandpa. After a long weekend of feeding him from a q tip I called around to see if anyone would take him in and such. Lou’s was so phenomenal, answered all of my questions, showed me around their reptile area and where he would be homes. Honestly, I never knew a place like this existed so close to home. You can hold some animals and reptiles, there was a huge tortoise that walks around and birds out flying around. Definitely a cool place! Lots of families with their kids. Thank you Lou’s for being respectful and so pleasant!

This place is definitely very cool, especially if you have kids. They have little bunnies you can hold and a big fat bunny named future who walks around the store and is extremely friendly. A tortoise that walks around and acts like he knows exactly where he’s going. Lots of fish and cool reptiles. Definitely a cool little spot to stop by if you haven’t. Also the staff is nice as well, I don’t remember the name of the kind man who entertained my 3 year old and kept letting her give the bunny treats. Stop in and check it out.

This place is amazing! The supplies this store has is so plentiful. The animals all look healthy and well taken care of. My grandkids love going and seeing the large variety of critters. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. This is a must go to place and check out.

Love shopping here! Most pet shops barely carry anything outside of cat and dog essentials, but Lou's basically has everything! Literally always have what I need and it doesn't really smell

Coolest pet shop ever. There's a huge bunny and tortoise that roam the place and this cute love bird that wolf whistles.

Coolest freaking pet store i’ve ever been in! First time in and i’m so impressed by the animals, the products, and the care thats very obviously taken with all these critters! Obsessed with the stingrays, the big ol toad, and the bird that sits on their open perch and is sweet as can be. Oh! And also the giant tortoise that doubles as security making their rounds around the store. Too freaking cool!! I will be getting all my reptile supplies from here now on :)

This pet shop is really cool. All of the animals look really cared for and healthy. They always have the cutest rabbits! I love the hands on experience! I came to check out parakeets, not sure if I was buying from Lou's or somewhere else. I saw this cockatiel named Harold. The staff let me hold him, (great sales tactic because I instantly was in love)! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I love the 14 day return policy, although I don't think I need it. Harold is healthy and happy, popped out of his shyness on the fourth day. Now he thinks he owns the house. Prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is surprisingly clean with the fact that a beautiful tortoise roams the aisles and a beautiful friendly parrot isn't caged. Very tamed parrot, so cute. Friendly atmosphere! I just love my new feathered baby❤️
